Access to menstrual products is a dignity and equity issue, but everyday people across Wisconsin are unable to access the menstrual products they need. This bill creates a sales and use tax exemption for the sale of diapers and “feminine hygiene products,” including “tampons, panty liners, menstrual cups, sanitary napkins, and other similar tangible personal property, designed for feminine hygiene in connection with the human menstrual cycle”
