This bill would require governmental units and schools to refrain from banning or unreasonably restricting access to materials based on viewpoint.
Section 11 of this bill would criminalize conduct protected by the First Amendment such as posting someone's information online with the intent to annoy them.
This bill would reinstate protections for people who summon or provide emergency medical assistance in case of an overdose.
This bill would require schools to notify parents and guardians of their student's public library materials no later than 24 hours after checkout.
