AB 17/SB 11: Treatment Alternative and Diversion (TAD) Expansion

Failed to pass both houses, will not become law this session

This bill expands the Treatment Alternative and Diversion (TAD) programs by allowing a program funded by a TAD grant to provide treatment programs for people with mental illness.
