This bill would criminalize non-approved encampments as a Class C misdemeanor with a $500 fine and up to 30 days in jail.
While intended to protect minors, this bill exposes adult Wisconsinites to harmful surveillance and violates the First Amendment by requiring ID to visit websites.
This bill would require governmental units and schools to refrain from banning or unreasonably restricting access to materials based on viewpoint.
Section 11 of this bill would criminalize conduct protected by the First Amendment such as posting someone's information online with the intent to annoy them.
This bill would reinstate protections for people who summon or provide emergency medical assistance in case of an overdose.
