This bill could criminalize various aspects of lawful assembly and threaten punishment of innocent protesters.
This bill would prevent people with felony convictions from regaining their constitutional right to vote until they have paid all costs imposed as part of their sentence.
Automatic revocation leads to incarceration without the due process of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that someone committed a new crime.
Under this bill, minors may not be prosecuted or adjudicated delinquent for “committing an act of prostitution.”
This bill would require approval from the court any time a prosecutor wants to dismiss or amend a criminal charge for a series of offenses.
This bill would restore protections against immigration enforcement in "sensitive locations" including schools and hospitals.
