In her organizing role, Arielle encourages widespread participation in civic engagement by connecting with local community organizers, volunteers, and community members. Arielle is passionate about racial justice and equity in Wisconsin's communities of color.
Arielle previously worked at Sephora, where she was awarded Employee of the Month in December 2021 for exemplifying the pillar of diversity and inclusion.
