Martin Gruberg has served as President of the Fox Valley Civil Liberties Union and the delegate to the ACLU of Wisconsin Board since 1985. Gruberg was a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 1963 to 2008, teaching a range of public law courses including Constitutional Law, Civil Liberties, Discrimination and Legal Remedies, and Women and the Law.
